Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Shopify app Sale Scheduler provided by 8823inc.
1. The Service
The Service provides sale start and end scheduling for Shopify product prices, price restoration, CSV imports, email notifications, and related features.
2. Your responsibilities
Before using the Service, you must check the selected products, discounts, schedule, and potential conflicts with other discounts or apps. We recommend testing with a small number of products before an important sale.
3. Fees
Fees, free trials, and billing cycles follow the pricing shown on the Shopify App Store. Billing and plan changes are handled through Shopify.
4. Prohibited activities
Use that violates laws or Shopify's terms, unauthorized access, disruption of the Service, and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.
5. Changes and interruptions
We may change or suspend all or part of the Service due to maintenance, failures, external service interruptions, or other unavoidable circumstances. We provide recovery features and records in case a price change fails.
6. Warranties and liability
We strive to provide a reliable Service, but limit our liability, to the extent permitted by law, for losses arising from your settings or failures of Shopify or other external services.
7. Cancellation
You can uninstall the app from Shopify Admin. Before uninstalling, stop active sales and confirm that prices have been restored.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Japanese law.
