8823inc (we, us) manages information handled by the Shopify app Sale Scheduler (the Service) in accordance with this policy.
1. Information we collect
The Service collects or stores Shopify store domains, authentication information, product and variant information, sale settings, records needed to restore prices, and notification email addresses. We do not collect customers' names, addresses, order details, or payment information.
2. How we use information
We use this information to schedule, run, and end sales; restore prices; create CSV files; send operational notifications; troubleshoot problems; and provide the Service securely.
3. External services
The Service uses Shopify to provide the app, Render for server operations and data storage, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.
4. Storage and security
We encrypt communications and limit access permissions to what is necessary. We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the Service and delete information that is no longer needed, except where retention is required by law.
5. Sharing information
We do not sell or disclose information to third parties without the individual's consent, except as required by law or when using contractors necessary to provide the Service.
6. Access and deletion requests
To request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of use of stored information, contact the email address below. We also respond to mandatory data access and deletion requests sent by Shopify.
7. Policy updates
We may revise this policy in response to changes in laws or the Service. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
